Win back one day a week.
Starting with 8 hours.
We find the repetitive tasks, measure how much time they really take, and within 90 days build a working prototype that takes them over.
The first call is free. No commitment to implement.
What is costing your team time today?
Examples of situations you can start improving work from.
| Today | After implementation | |
|---|---|---|
| Searching for documents and sources | A question about a document means searching email, drives and several systems, and the answer is still often incomplete. | The document and related sources are found in one place, together with the case context. |
| Watching deadlines and reminders | Someone on the team remembers the deadlines and sends reminders by hand, or something gets forgotten. | Reminders are prepared automatically, and a human approves them before sending. |
| Retyping data between systems | The same data is entered into two or three systems by hand, with typos and omissions. | Data moves on its own, and unusual cases go to a human for a decision. |
Watching deadlines and reminders
Retyping data between systems
Four stages, each with a concrete outcome.
We recognise
We understand how the process works today and where the most time is lost.
We verify
On one real example we show the effect before anything is deployed.
We deploy
The process enters the team's daily work, together with documentation.
We measure
We compare before and after and agree how the process will be maintained.
Scope, schedule and budget are agreed after the analysis; after the first call you commit to nothing.
No concrete process yet?
Ask for a short introductory workshop; together we will point out the processes that would gain the most.
A working process is what stays after the project.
We do not leave a “demo”. We leave a process that works in your company every day.
From an idea to working with users.
In cooperation with Vinci & Vinci we prepared a pilot in which:
- documents and related sources are found in one place,
- reminders are prepared automatically,
- every send-out passes a human decision.
We define the measure of success individually, and we are held to the outcomes, not to the tools we deliver.
In cooperation with Fundacja Orchidea we built Neurohubs as an individual research and development project.
A specialist solution built around a dedicated domain model, designed for one field of expertise.

How much does an implementation cost?
Scope, schedule and budget are agreed after we analyse your process. The first call is free and commits you to nothing.
What exactly does the project include?
We start with one process: analysis, a check on a real example, deployment, documentation and measurement. Further improvements are agreed separately.
Who owns the solution?
The rights to use the solution, access to the code and documentation, and the maintenance terms are set in the agreement before work starts. We distinguish between elements built for the client, existing products and external components.
What happens to my data?
We work only on the data you share with us, within the agreed scope and purpose. Access details are agreed before the start and described in the documentation.
Let's talk about your process.
Pick the convenient form: a short call or a description of the process we will come back to with a proposal.

20 minutes is enough to understand your process and say whether automation makes sense.
